Step by Step Process
For those who have never owned trees or had to deal with the process of getting them pruned or removed it may seem daunting. This part of our website is designed to put your mind at ease.

Step 1.
Contact us to ask for advice at any time and we will be willing to help you as much as possible in any way we can.

Step 2.
If you think tree work is needed having contacted us, we will arrange a suitable time to visit your site, this is to inspect the tree or trees and give practical on site advice. Just because you think trees may need work that might not actually be the case, or vice versa.

Step 3.
Having visited the site and discussed your tree’s needs we will write up a written quotation for you. This quote will give clear outlines of what is to be done to each tree and what is expected when we come to carry out work.

Step 4.
Once the quote is agreed we will book in work for a convenient date for all parties. Confirmation will be sent the week prior to work commencing just to check everything is still ok for the arranged date.

Step 5.
On the agreed date, we will arrive and carry out the stated work. Rest assured our team will be as respectful to all your property and plants as we possibly can. Cleanup is an essential part of tree work, and we will do our very best to make it look like we were never there.

Step 6.
Having completed the agreed work, we will send you an invoice as per the quotation received previously. No hidden costs or unexpected bills. Payment is expected within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
